Management Associate Programme
For Singapore enterprises keen to hire and train young Singaporeans through overseas work exposure
Provides up to 70% funding support for up to two years
Targets fresh graduates or existing employees with less than three years of work experience
- The GRT – Management Associate Programme ends on 31 March 2024, and Enterprise Singapore will no longer accept new or revised applications. We have been in contact with companies who have made enquiries or have started their applications.
- GRT – Internship Programme will continue to run as usual.
- Enterprises keen to develop talent with overseas exposure may check out the new Overseas Markets Immersion Programme by Workforce Singapore, announced at Budget 2024.

The Management Associate programme under the Global Ready Talent programme is for Singapore enterprises keen to hire and train fresh graduates.

Up to 70% funding, capped at S$50,000 annually per management associateSupport monthly salary as well as overseas costs
Key features

Funding and Support- Includes support for monthly basic salary and 13-month Annual Wage Supplement.
- Covers overseas packages such as allowance, accommodation, airfare and pre-trip administrative costs (e.g. visa application, travel insurance).

Job opportunities- Focuses on overseas work opportunities in Southeast Asia, China and India.
Eligibility

Incorporated in Singapore with minimum 30% local shareholding

Financially able to start and complete the MA Programme

Have existing overseas operations, positive business outlook and strong growth plans

Possess strong human resource practices, especially in the areas of learning, development and talent management

Demonstrate commitment towards leadership and talent development

Willing to develop and invest in strategic overseas exposure for talent to gain deeper knowledge of Southeast Asia, China or India (minimum cumulative 12 months posting)

Committed to train management associates through mentors or supervisors who offer guidance during the programme
