Back in 2022, ST Engineering Geo-Insights embarked on a journey to #Brazil, aiming to transform the fields of satellite technology and agricultural innovation. This endeavor was made possible with the support of Enterprise Singapore, facilitating the establishment of meetings and engagement with key stakeholders in the market such as Olam Agri, consulting firms like EasyHub Consulting and industry associations including Abrapa - Associação Brasileira dos Produtores de Algodão, the Brazilian Association of Cotton Producers and more. Fast forward the efforts has borne fruit as their partnership with OLAM AGRI has blossomed in a significant contract to monitor 5,000 hectares of cotton plantation using space technology to provide macronutrient analysis and fertilization recommendations. This marks a pivotal moment in reshaping Brazil's agricultural landscape. Today, this solution stands as a proven driver of fertilization cost reduction and is ready available in the Brazilian market. We are pleased with our ongoing efforts to continuing connecting Singaporean technologies with Brazil.
