About this programme

Organised by Quest Ventures, the GIA Ho Chi Minh Acceleration Programme is aimed at Singapore-based tech startups and SMEs looking to expand into Vietnam through Ho Chi Minh City.

The programme is offered in a hybrid format and consists of two phases:

Weeks 1-2 – Virtual Programme
Participants will get access to the Quest for Growth masterclasses, fireside chats, mentorships, and business matching sessions.

Week 3-4 – Physical Immersion in Vietnam
Participants will receive exposure to: mentorships, business development meetings with potential business leads, ecosystem engagement events, networking opportunities and pitching to investors.

Upon completion of the programme, participants will join Quest Ventures’ GIA Alumni Network and gain access to Quest Ventures’ network and resources in Vietnam and the region.

Key features

  • Masterclasses
    Participants will get to attend Quest Ventures' highly curated masterclasses, which cover key topics such as Vietnam's business environment and regulations.
  • Networking and mentoring opportunities
    Participants will get the opportunity to connect with potential business clients, partners and investors in the market, as well as receive guidance and advice from Quest Ventures' network of partners and mentors.
  • Pitching opportunities
    Participants will have the opportunity to pitch to potential investors at demo days.

Eligibility

  • Company has at least 30% local equity held directly or indirectly by Singaporean(s) and/or Singapore PR(s), determined by the ultimate individual ownership
  • Business entity registered and operating in Singapore
  • Has a minimum viable product with existing customers and/or partners
  • Seed stage and beyond in terms of funding raised
  • Has the potential to address market needs in Vietnam and the region
