As your company adopts more digital technologies and automation, you will require skilled workers to operate these complex machinery and systems. The PE Industry Transformation Map has initiatives to nurture talent and improve their skills.
This initiative aims to develop more highly-skilled master craftsmen, create a progressive career path for them, and improve the salary levels of skilled production craftsmen. This will help address the skills gaps of workers and ensure that they have a smooth transition into the industry.
