Job Redesign is a review of what work needs to be done and how it can be done better. The Retail Job Redesign Framework guides retailers through the process of identifying business needs, redesigning jobs and managing change.
For EDG applicants whose letters of offers have indicated ‘Job Redesign’ as a deliverable, completion of the deliverable is compulsory to claim for the grant. Instructions on how to fulfil the deliverable can be found in the guide here.
