Career Conversion Programmes

Career Conversion Programmes (CCP) support companies to send mid-career individuals for skills conversions and move into new occupations or sectors that have good prospects and opportunities for progression. There are close to 100 CCPs offered by WSG to support mid-career individuals in career conversion. Through CCP’s industry-recognised training, companies will gain a wider pool of candidates to consider when hiring.

Some CCPs you may wish to consider include:

  • CCP for Internationalisation Professionals
    This CCP aims to equip Singaporeans with capabilities and know-how to excel in career opportunities within the region.
  • CCP for Supply Chain Professionals
    This CCP aims to equip Singaporeans with the necessary competencies to take up roles in logistics service providers and non-logistics companies.
  • CCP for Digital Marketing Specialist
    This CCP will equip Singaporeans with the necessary skills to embark on a career in an Information Technology-related role.
  • CCP for Digital Sales Executives
    This CCP is designed to equip Singaporeans with skills to perform digital sales and business development jobs across various industries.

International Trading Track (ITT) @ SMU

Offered by SMU for its undergraduates, this programme grooms talent for careers with companies operating in the trading value chain. Apply to be an industry partner and you can get direct access to these talent for your new hires.

International Trading Programme (ITP) @ Nanyang Technological University (NTU)

Offered by NTU for graduates from engineering, business and maritime studies, this programme provides an additional specialisation option to pursue a major or minor in international trading.
