After going through ELT, we evolved our leadership style by rallying the team over a common goal – which significantly increased our staff engagement in the process. We have seen tremendous progress with team members taking up bigger responsibilities, translating into business growth and partnerships with our clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Mr Gabriel Tan, Director, GUAVA Amenities
(Participant of ELT by NUS)
I’m incredibly excited about the progress my company has made through our journey in ELT, with close guidance, valuable insights and added perspectives from our dedicated mentor. Since then, we have won our very first one-year contract from a corporate client, with more to come!.

Mr Danny Zhang, Co-founder, Giftmarket
(Participant of ELT by SUSS)
The ELT modules are specially designed for SME owners like myself, so the concepts taught are applicable to our businesses. The peer-sharing of real business struggles has also been helpful. Through this, I worked on my leadership skills and dare say that I am a better leader now with the confidence to take my business to the next level.

Ms Iris Tan, Managing Director, Likok Logistics
(Participant of ELT by SMU)
