Sunnylife has announced a voluntary recall of the Croc Family Bath Toys Set of 3, with and without squeaker (model number S02FSSCZ). The squeaker mechanism in the base of the 3 smaller crocs and the size of the baby croc head—slightly smaller than the permitted dimension—pose potential choking or suffocation hazards.

Affected units were sold between 20 November 2019 and 01 October 2020.

Cotton On Group has announced a voluntary recall of the Typo Harry Potter ‘Lumos’ (style number 138316-08) and Marvel ‘Avengers Assemble’ (style number 138316-09) Projection Pens. The button battery compartment of the Projection Pen may not be adequately secured and has the potential to allow children easy access to the button batteries by simple twisting, which may cause a choking hazard.

Affected units were sold between November 2019 and September 2020.

LG Electronics Inc ("LGE") has announced a free power board replacement service on 18 models of OLED televisions which were produced by LGE from February 2016 to September 2019. This is to prevent any possible overheating issues which may arise.

Goldland International has announced a voluntary recall of Iona GLWD700 water dispenser with serial numbers beginning with 11AR** to 18AR**, due to a fire risk that may be associated with the wear and tear of an internal relay on the circuit board.

 

Consumers who purchased Iona GLWD700 water dispensers with the above serial numbers are advised to immediately stop using the water dispensers.
