The TAC Measurement Framework (TMF) enables TACs to make a holistic and structured assessment of their capabilities across key functions and organisational practices. TACs can identify gaps and prioritise areas to develop and strengthen. Developed with the support of over 60 TACs and PwC Singapore, the TMF builds on the existing TAC Governance Framework.
The TMF offers a self-diagnostic tool as well as a step-by-step guidebook. The tool allows the TAC to assess its capabilities across seven pillars – Governance, Leadership, People and Organisation Change, Financial Stability, Industry Standing and Track Record, Value Proposition, and Technology. Upon completion, TACs will receive an assessment overview that helps them understand their current capabilities and determine priority areas for further development.
