International Trading Track (ITT) @ SMU

1. Overview

The International Trading Track (ITT) is a programme under the International Trading Institute at Singapore Management University (ITI@SMU). Set up as a joint initiative between leading commodity industry partners, International Enterprise (IE) Singapore (now Enterprise Singapore) and Singapore Management University (SMU) in 2007, the Institute develop talent for the commodity trading sector.

ITI@SMU prepares graduate and undergraduate students for careers with trading companies, creating value for industry partners by growing a pipeline of talent across the trading value chain. This will strengthen Singapore’s position as a trading and maritime hub.

As an industry partner, you get direct access to high-quality talent relevant to your business needs. Outstanding students who have the training, knowledge and skills to complement your business may also be identified as your company’s potential hires.

This programme is backed by strong industry partnership and provides an up-to-date and comprehensive curriculum that caters to the international trade sector.

b. Eligibility

Trading and trade-related companies are welcome to apply as an Industry Partner.
