Singapore Global Executive Programme (For Companies)

The Singapore Global Executive Programme (SGEP) aims to sustain and propel the growth of our local companies with global ambitions, by strengthening your people and talent development capabilities to grow future leaders within your organisation. The programme will support participating companies to build a strong pipeline of local young talent to take on regional or global leadership positions and bring the company to greater heights.

Participating companies will benefit from:

Co-design structured career progression pathways for new hires under SGEP tailored to their distinct needs. This includes rotations, meaningful global attachments, and stretch assignments that can meet young talent’s aspiration for personal growth to take on evolving job scopes or leadership responsibilities.
Co-branding partnership with Enterprise Singapore as attractive employers offering exciting career opportunities, with support for branding and outreach efforts by partners.
Enhanced human capital capabilities with training programmes and consultancy by industry experts in this domain.

Singapore companies interested in SGEP must demonstrate a strong track record of growth, high commitment to nurture young talent, and ambition to scale globally.

Assessment criteria include:

Global headquarters in Singapore
Leadership with strong focus on developing talent, i.e. willing and able to commit to improving their talent development practices, and passionate about building a pipeline of local young talent
High potential for positive economic spin-offs for Singapore, such as creating good job opportunities for Singaporeans
Highly committed and able to dedicate significant management time and resources to accelerate talent growth with Enterprise Singapore and our programme partners
