The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) Agreement entered into force on 1 Jan 2022. To date, the RCEP is being implemented by 12 Parties, namely Australia, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Japan, Korea, Lao PDR, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.
