The Show has traditionally been the largest West Coast event focused solely on the specialty food industry. Open only to the trade, attendees will be prequalified. Retail and foodservice buyers, distributors and brokers, business service providers, and members of the media who cover the industry are all eligible to attend. The West Coast can be viewed as an entry point for our Singapore products because more Asian grocers and community are located in this region.
