About this programme
The Champions of AI Programme is a flagship national initiative by Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG) and Digital Industry Singapore (DISG) to support leading Singapore-based companies in undertaking end-to-end business transformation with AI.
Designed for companies with strong ambition and commitment, the programme goes beyond pilot projects to enable enterprise-wide adoption of AI across business functions, systems, and workforce.
Participating companies will work with expert AI transformation partners and receive customised support in areas such as:
- Development of tailored, long-term business transformation roadmaps to identify, prioritise, and execute AI transformation projects across key business domains
- Implementation of priority AI projects for enterprise-wide deployment
- Change management and workforce training to facilitate holistic & effective organisational transformation
- Building up of AI team to drive & sustain AI transformation
Through this programme, companies will build AI capabilities as a core driver of productivity, innovation, and revenue growth, and serve as lighthouses for the industry.
