About this programme
The Enterprise Leadership for Transformation (ELT) programme supports progressive SME leaders in transforming their businesses and sharpening their strategies. It comprises structured and optional components delivered over approximately seven months. Through the structured component, companies undergo foundational training and coaching to develop and refine their business growth plans, while building the tools and networks needed to realise their ambitions. They will also have the opportunity to tap into a range of networking events and in-market opportunities to accelerate their growth journey.

National University of Singapore (NUS)
The NUS ELT programme is a highly applied, learning journey designed to transition your business from intuition-driven operations to a scalable, growth oriented, and technology-enabled enterprise. Instead of "theory only," this programme integrates practical strategic learning and hands-on AI labs (no coding required) with dedicated business mentoring and a collaborative peer advisory model. Over seven in-person modules, you will develop a tailored transformation strategy for your firm, culminating in a robust Business Growth Plan whilst engaging with academic experts, industry leaders, and our banking partners.

Singapore Management University (SMU)
The SMU ELT programme is built for leaders at the point where the business has outgrown the way it has always been run, whether you built it yourself or are the second or third generation taking it on.
You learn from practitioner academics and senior industry leaders. Each module is followed by a coaching session the instructor anchors, so the thinking reaches your business before the next one begins.
Six to seven months, in the heart of the city, with the UOB-SMU Asian Enterprise Institute network behind you. You leave with a Business Growth Plan validated by an expert panel, and support to put it into practice.
