: Singapore launches India Ready Talent Programme to prepare young talent to tap growing business opportunities in India

Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG) and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), with support from the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI), today announced the launch of the India Ready Talent Programme (IRTP). The programme offers Singapore university and polytechnic students with overseas internship opportunities at established Indian corporates and Singapore companies in India, to build and deepen their understanding of the Indian market and business environment. This builds on Enterprise Singapore’s existing programmes and experience in developing global-ready talent and encourages greater business collaboration between Singapore and India.
