On the occasion of building on the Strategic Partnership between Japan and the Republic of Singapore, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of Japan (MLIT) and Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG) reaffirm their commitment to enhancing bilateral cooperation in coastal protection, resilient infrastructure, and sustainable development. This commitment reflects the common ambition of both countries to enhance resilience against climate-related challenges, advance climate adaptation efforts, and create new opportunities for sustainable growth opportunities in Japan, Singapore and the wider ASEAN region.
