On 8 November 2024, Ms Grace Fu, Minister for Sustainability and the Environment and Minister-in-charge of Trade Relations, delivered the opening address at the launch of the Sustainability Playbook for F&B Companies. Min Fu shared on the importance of reducing food and packaging waste, as well as energy generation, in the F&B industry, and how the industry can act to create a more environmentally conscious society. The playbook by Enterprise Singapore offers practical steps and resources for F&B companies embarking on their sustainability journey.
