On 1 August 2025, Ms Cindy Khoo, Managing Director of Enterprise Singapore, delivered the opening address at Ecoswift’s Battery Charge and Swap Station (BCSS) Launch Event. She noted the launch as the first BCSS implementation for heavy goods vehicle in Singapore, which represents a significant step in electrifying the container logistics ecosystem. She also highlighted the potential scalability of BCSS solution for public use, which is in line with the industry’s wider goal to transition to a more sustainable footing.
