On 4 March 2025, Ms Cindy Khoo, Managing Director of Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG), delivered the keynote address at Carbon Forward Asia 2025. She shared about Singapore’s efforts to develop and grow as a carbon services and trading hub to support global carbon markets and wider decarbonisation needs. On this front, we continue to encourage industry players to work with Singapore to foster international collaborations and project opportunities in the carbon space, develop innovative solutions to address financing gaps in the carbon markets, and invest in human capital initiatives to grow our pool of carbon talent.
