On 7 October 2025, Ms Low Yen Ling, Senior Minister of State for Trade and Industry, and Culture, Community and Youth, delivered the Guest-of-Honour speech at the graduation ceremony of City Development Limited’s (CDL) SME Supplier Decarbonisation Queen Bee Programme.
Launched in 2024 with the support of Enterprise Singapore, the programme aims to strengthen supply chain resilience and support smaller businesses, including SMEs, to remain competitive in the green economy. It also empowers SMEs to adopt carbon accounting, establish decarbonisation roadmaps, and develop climate reports aligned with global reporting frameworks.
