: Welcome Address by Enterprise Singapore Managing Director Cindy Khoo at Scale-Up Ignite 2025 on 17 September 2025
On 17 September 2025, Ms Cindy Khoo, Managing Director of Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG), delivered the welcome address at Scale-Up Ignite 2025. Scale-Up is EnterpriseSG's flagship enterprise development programme, providing dedicated support and best-in-class resources to nurture the next generation of global Singapore champions. The programme has produced encouraging outcomes - companies from the first seven cohorts saw a combined S$2.5 billion in revenue growth, with their overseas revenue growing by 53%. She shared that amidst the current uncertain regional economy, EnterpriseSG is doubling down on its commitment to develop more innovative, high-growth and ambitious Singapore companies. She encouraged the Scale-Up participants to continue innovating, growing market presence, and engaging in peer-to-peer learning.
