Call for Collaboration: Advisory support on business transition
Supporting companies to navigate business transitions
Enterprise Singapore is seeking qualified partners to deliver advisory support on business transition for Singapore companies. The support helps companies facing structural business challenges to assess their options and develop a plan across transition pathways, which could include restructuring operations, offshoring parts of their business, pursuing mergers and acquisitions or consolidating operations.
Interested partners are invited to submit a third-party advisory quotation for the pre-scoped advisory package. To request further information on the Scope of Services, Partner Evaluation Criteria, as well as the Scope of Work and Deliverables required, please email business_transition@enterprisesg.gov.sg. Proposals must be submitted to EnterpriseSG by 17 July 2026.
