Connect and collaborate to level up your food products

FoodInnovate is a multi-agency initiative to grow Singapore’s food manufacturing industry through innovation.

Established by Enterprise Singapore, the Agency for Science, Technology and Research, the Economic Development Board, IPI Singapore, JTC Corporation and Singapore Food Agency, FoodInnovate aims to help Singapore food companies create and commercialise food products more quickly and sell to a larger market.


Leverage shared resources

Develop new food products with advanced technologies through FoodInnovate’s network of shared production facilities. Test new ideas and bring new products quickly to market without investing in expensive equipment.

  • High Pressure Processing (HPP) technology
    Extend your product’s shelf-life while preserving its nutritional value and quality with this technology that is suitable for products such as juices and pastes, as well as ready-to-eat (RTE) and ready-to-cook items. Email us to access HPP at the HPP Resource Sharing Facility, jointly set up by EnterpriseSG and Singapore Polytechnic’s Food Innovation Resource Centre.

    Develop food products with nutritional requirements and food textures suited to the dietary needs of seniors.   • MTC Food Manufacturing Grant Call

    The Manufacturing, Trade and Connectivity (MTC) Food Manufacturing Grant Call seeks innovative solutions to enhance the competitiveness of Singapore's food manufacturers to achieve the goals set out in the Food Manufacturing Industry Transformation Map (ITM) 2025. The call aims to develop the capabilities of companies in differentiating their products across these three themes: 1) Productisation in stratified nutrition 2) Food side stream valorisation 3) Sustainable food packaging.

    The call will be running from 1 January to 15 May 2024.
