About this programme
The F&B Process Optimisation Programme (POP) aims to help F&B companies review and optimise existing outlet processes to improve manpower utilisation, revenue generation and customer satisfaction. Under POP, Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG) has appointed four vendors to offer pre-scoped process redesign consultancy packages. This covers outlet layout reconfiguration, technology adoption, menu engineering and job redesign. Through the programme, vendors will guide companies in implementing their recommendations, which can include adopting emerging technologies (e.g., AI-enabled and integrated solutions) and working with industry aggregators to streamline processes (e.g., outsource food preparation).
Eligible companies will receive 50% subsidy on POP packages (grant support capped at $15,000 per POP package). As EnterpriseSG’s grant support is disbursed directly to the appointed vendors, participating companies are only required to pay their co-share portion of the POP package.
Eligibility
Participating companies will be asked by POP vendors to complete a EnterpriseSG declaration form before they commence the initiative.
