SMS Desmond highlighted that Singapore can serve as a gateway to support Liaoning enterprises looking to internationalise into Southeast Asia and beyond. He said that building stronger business links require deep understanding of each other markets, as he shared the importance of people-to-people exchange and talent development in building lasting partnerships.
