Eligibility

The following serves as a guideline and first level assessment for this programme. Your company will be assessed by IPI on a case-by-case basis. The assessment includes success factors from experience (i.e. looking back from successful project completion).

Business entity registered and operating in Singapore
Company has at least 30% local equity held directly or indirectly by Singaporean(s) and/or Singapore PR(s), determined by the ultimate individual ownership
Has a capable leadership team committed to stated growth
Has a capable management team with sufficient bandwidth and resources available to support targeted growth
Has the potential to scale and disrupt their industry, typically not through productivity but by super-scaling with an enabler e.g. technology and innovation
For SMEs:
- Tech-centric/enabled company
- Revenue not exceeding S$100milion
- Compound Annual Growth Rate of 10%
- Has commercialised products and/or services
- Potential for differentiated value proposition
- Available resources and clear intent for further innovation
For startups:
- Potential for differentiated value proposition
- Post proof-of-concept or proof-of-value
- Sufficient cashflow for over 12 months
- Backed by institutional investor
