About this programme

Our Global Executive Scholarship nurtures young talent passionate about growing Singapore enterprises. Scholars pursue undergraduate studies at leading universities in Singapore or overseas, developing the global perspective and leadership capabilities needed to drive Singapore’s growth.

During the scholarship, scholars benefit from global exposure opportunities — such as summer schools, semester exchanges, overseas attachments and language training — and complete an internship at Enterprise Singapore HQ. This provides first-hand experience in supporting enterprises on international expansion and deepens understanding of overseas markets, networks and business environments.

Upon graduation, local scholars commit to a two-year bond, while overseas scholars commit to a four- to five-year bond depending on the country of study.

Graduates join our Management Associate Programme, where they rotate across roles, receive structured development, and build their careers with us.
