Applying for the scholarship
- When can I start applying for the undergraduate scholarship?
Applications for the Global Executive Scholarship will start in October 2025.
- What should I submit for my application?
Your preliminary results, if available, or predicted 'A' Level/IB Programme results. Otherwise, please submit your last available academic transcript.
- What is the scholarship eligibility criteria?
We seek candidates with strong academic results (GCE 'A' Levels, IB, NUS High School Diploma, or Polytechnic Diploma with Merit), alongside a strong CCA track record and leadership experience.
A passion for growing Singapore’s industries and globalising local businesses is key. Foreign language skills are a plus.
- I recently applied for the Scholarship but was not shortlisted. Can I reapply?
We are encouraged by your continued interest in Enterprise Singapore and welcome reapplications in future cycles with updated results and experiences. We also highly recommend pursuing an internship with us to gain deeper insight before reapplying.

Courses and universities
- Does the scholarship support a Master’s degree?
We support scholars pursuing a Master’s degree, subject to approval based on academic performance, university selection, and our current policy.
- Is there a list of approved universities I should apply to?
We do not stipulate a list of approved universities, but the general guideline is that the institution should be highly ranked in your chosen field of study.
- Does the scholarship support a Master’s degree?

Fees and financial matters
- What does the scholarship cover?
It is a full scholarship covering all tuition fees, living allowance, pre-studies and travel allowance, and other expenses.
- How long is the bond?
Undergraduate scholars at local universities serve a two-year bond; those studying in non-English speaking countries have a four-year bond; and those in the US or UK have a five-year bond.

- What are the career opportunities available when I complete my studies and start work?
After their studies, our scholars join a nine-month Management Associate Programme featuring two rotations across core business functions and an overseas stint. Graduates are then deployed across Enterprise Singapore to support our work in growing enterprises and industries.
