Our Management Associate Programme is a nine-month programme designed to develop the future global leader in you.
Through two rotations across our core business functions and an overseas stint, you will gain practical exposure to the entrepreneurial landscape across diverse industries and markets, while contributing to the growth of Singapore enterprises.

Who should apply
We are seeking curious, collaborative and motivated individuals who are keen to contribute to the growth of Singapore enterprises and industries.
You are interested in how businesses operate across markets, stay attuned to global economic and industry developments, and enjoy making sense of complex information. You think critically, demonstrate strong analytical and data synthesis skills, and bring sound business judgment.
Candidates from all academic disciplines are welcome. Prior international exposure, overseas experience or proficiency in a foreign language is an advantage.
