Our Management Associate Programme offers a nine-month programme specially designed to develop the future global leader in you.
Through two rotations across our core business functions and an overseas stint, gain first-hand exposure to the entrepreneurial landscape of diverse industries in local and overseas markets, and experience what it takes to help Singapore companies grow.
Applications are now open for the August 2024 and January 2025 intakes.

Who should apply
We are looking for dynamic, collaborative, innovative and resilient individuals to join our Growing Team.

Fresh/recent university graduates (Honours) with less than two years of work experience. All academic disciplines are welcome.

Passion for growing stronger Singapore enterprises

Bonus: Prior international experience and/or ability to communicate in any foreign language
