About this Call for Collaboration

This is a Call for Collaboration (CFC) to invite vendors to submit proposals for a Process Optimisation Programme for F&B companies. The objective of this CFC is to leverage on process redesign to help companies review and optimise existing outlet processes to improve manpower utilisation, revenue generation and customer satisfaction.

Up to 5 vendors will be appointed to further discuss their proposal(s), which will be eligible for grant support.


Eligibility

Only vendors that are registered/incorporated in Singapore will be considered.


Programme Scope

Vendors should be able to provide the packages for various F&B formats, including restaurants, cafes, bars, kiosks, pubs to food stalls in coffeeshops or food courts. Hotels and hawker stalls are excluded. Please refer to the CFC document for more details on the package scope.


How to submit a proposal

Interested vendors should prepare the following documents for submission through the FormSG link below:

  • Company proposal based on requirements stated in Section 3 to 7 of the CFC document
  • Company background information (Annex A)
  • Project Team (Annex B)
  • Costing (Annex C)
  • Track Record (Annex D)

Please note that EnterpriseSG reserves the right to reject incomplete proposals or proposals not submitted in accordance with the format of submission.
