Use the Food Services Skills Framework to plan career pathways and trainings, to help your employees progress in their career in the food services industry.
The framework has seven tracks and covers 52 job roles, from food and beverage service, to pastry and baking. It lists existing and emerging skills and competencies your employees need in each job role, such as how to create an innovative dish with new culinary ingredients, or how to operate automated cooking equipment.
As an employee, the framework helps you find relevant training programmes to improve and master your skills in F&B.
See how you can apply the Food Services Skills Framework to your business.
Apply for the SkillsFuture Study Award to upgrade your F&B skills and progress within the industry.
