Given the tightening of safe management measures, we have re-introduced the E-Commerce Booster Package to support retailers in diversifying your operations and defraying business costs of going online. This support will be available from 16 May to 16 November 2021.
Through the package, retailers can engage one of the appointed e-commerce platforms – Lazada, Mummys Market, Qoo10, Shopee and Zalora – to sell your products online and expand your reach in the Singapore market.
Solutions offered by the appointed e-commerce platforms include:
Eligible local retailers will receive a one-time support to defray 80% of qualifying costs (capped at S$8000).

Retailers may directly contact the appointed e-commerce platforms listed below for more information on their service offerings and to apply. Each retailer can only apply with one (1) e-commerce platform. You must not have an existing account with your chosen e-commerce platform.
Please apply with your preferred e-commerce platform partner by 16 November 2021. Applications will be assessed by the e-commerce platform providers.

Other industry players such as CapitaLand and Lookaddit have also stepped forward to offer their own curated e-commerce packages to support retailers in going online during this challenging period. Interested retailers can reach out to them directly to enquire about their service offerings and how to apply. Please note that the costs of onboarding onto these platforms are not covered by the E-Commerce Booster Package.
