Food manufacturing plays a significant role in our economy. In 2016, the industry added S$3.8 billion to Singapore’s GDP, and employed about 30,000 workers. New products are constantly being developed to capture emerging consumer and health trends.
To help professionals keep up with changing global trends, taste buds and technology, the SkillsFuture Study Award for Food Manufacturing Sector supports early to mid-career Singaporeans who want to deepen skills and knowledge as well as advance their career in this sector.
Choose from a range of courses in areas such as food science, food production methods, quality assurance and food nutrition. You will also get to acquire skills in other areas like international marketing, brand management and automation technology.
You will receive a once-off disbursement of S$5,000, which can be used on top of existing Government course fee subsidies.
