Memorandum of Understanding between Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG), China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City (CSGKC) Administrative Committee, And CSGKC Investment & Development Co., Ltd on Developing A Cooperation Framework to Promote Singapore Companies’ Participation in the CSGKC’s Industrial Development And Innovation

A tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between EnterpriseSG, the CSGKC Administrative Committee and CSGKC Investment & Development Co., Ltd (GKC Co) to develop a cooperation framework to promote Singapore companies’ participation in the CSGKC’s industrial development and innovation will be signed on 1 November 2022.

Under this MOU, all parties will work together to further develop the CSGKC as a choice landing pad for Singapore companies looking to advance their business in Guangdong. This includes exploring incentives and support aimed at supporting Singapore companies’ business activities in the CSGKC. This would in turn help Singapore companies better tap opportunities arising from the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA). The development of the GBA is one of China’s key national strategies.
